Through this website we facilitate the sale of mushroom spawn, dry mushroom, fresh mushroom and other products to the user of this website.

5. Shipping policy
5.1 Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
5.2 Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays. Generally products are delivered in 4-10 days. The products are shipped and delivered by third party courier service provider.
5.3 Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.
5.4 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Some items may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or regulatory requirements.

5.6 We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6 Cancellation Policy
6.1 You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully prior to the shipment is “Out for Delivery”. Orders cannot be cancelled once the package is “Out for Delivery”.
6.2 On receipt of the cancellation request, we will attempt to cancel the order/shipments as long as it is not “Out for Delivery”. You will receive an email as soon as the cancellation is accepted and the amount paid towards the partial/full order will be refunded to you within 3-7 (three to seven) business days from the date of acceptance of cancellation request.
6.3 We reserve the right to cancel your bulk orders placed on the Platform. To avoid such cancellations and/or for bulk orders, please call/email us.
7 Return and Refund Policy

7.2.2 Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
7.2.3 Return Time: You are required to handover the product to our authorized logistics partner within 3 business days once logistics contacts you for pickup. We must receive any authorized return within 14 days from the date customer receives an email confirmation about pickup. Your refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated if you do not ship your return in time for us to receive it within 14 days of our authorization
7.2.4 Refund Amount: The refund amount will include the purchase price of the product and any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
